At Arizona Mobile Health, we provide expert primary care and palliative care directly in the comfort of your home, group home, or assisted living facility. Our mission is to care for individuals who have difficulty traveling to a traditional doctor's office, ensuring access to high-quality medical services without the burden of transportation.
Say goodbye to waiting rooms and rushed visits. We bring the care to you—whether at your private residence, group home, or adult living facility. Same-day appointments are often available, and patients have direct access to the physician for urgent concerns, even after hours.
Our mobile care team works closely with your specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity and coordination of care—so you feel better, function better, and stay at home longer.
We currently accept:

Dr. Chris Morris is a board-certified family physician and the founder of Arizona Mobile Health. Born and raised in Arizona, Dr. Morris has dedicated his life to serving others—first as a U.S. Army medic, then as a Phoenix police officer and detective, and now as a trusted physician.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University after attending Arizona State University, completed medical school at A.T. Still University in Mesa, and finished his Family Medicine residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix.
Dr. Morris currently practices primary care with Integrated Medical Services (IMS) in Avondale, AZ, where he sees pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients who are able to visit a traditional clinic setting.
In addition to his clinic-based work, Dr. Morris brings home-based primary care and palliative care to patients throughout the West Valley—managing symptoms, supporting families through complex decisions, and coordinating hospice care when needed. He also serves as a team physician for the Cleveland Guardians.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Morris is a devoted husband and father of three boys. He is also the co-founder of Valley of the Sun Baseball, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports youth club baseball by helping families access competitive play who might otherwise be unable to afford it—another way he gives back to the community he calls home.
