Meet Dr. Chris Morris, DO
Dr. Christopher Morris, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician and the founder of Arizona Family Health in Surprise, Arizona.
An Arizona native, Dr. Morris brings a unique background of service to his patients, including experience as a U.S. Army combat medic and a former Phoenix police officer and detective before becoming a physician.
At Arizona Family Health, Dr. Morris provides primary care for patients of all ages, including preventive care, chronic condition management, acute illness and injury care, hormone therapy, OMM, joint injections, minor procedures, and in-office lab services.
He believes primary care should feel personal, approachable, and never rushed. Dr. Morris takes time to listen, understand each patient’s concerns, and help patients feel supported in their care.
