Arizona Family Health offers cash-pay pricing for select office visits, procedures, injections, IV therapy, and add-on services. Pricing may vary depending on the service provided. Please call or email our office to confirm pricing, deposits, and scheduling availability.

Deposit Policy:  Deposits are non-refundable, will go toward the balance of the service, and must be paid in order to book the service.
