Dr. Chris Morris, DO – Lead Physician, Arizona Family Health

Dr. Christopher Morris is a board-certified family physician and the lead physician at Arizona Family Health. An Arizona native, Dr. Morris brings a unique background of service to his patients, including experience as a U.S. Army combat medic and former Phoenix police officer and detective before pursuing medicine.

He completed medical school at A.T. Still University in Mesa and his family medicine residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. At Arizona Family Health, Dr. Morris provides family medicine, sports medicine, and primary care for patients of all ages, with a focus on personalized, relationship-based care.

Known for his direct, compassionate approach, Dr. Morris strives to make healthcare feel more accessible, practical, and personal. He believes patients should feel heard, respected, and cared for like family, not treated like a number.

Outside of work, Dr. Morris enjoys spending time with his family and staying connected to the Arizona community he has served in many different ways throughout his life.

Adriana Allen is a seasoned healthcare professional with 19 years of experience in the medical field. As Director of Operations at Arizona Family Health, Adriana brings extensive knowledge in managing medical practices, supporting providers, and helping create efficient systems that improve both staff workflow and patient care.

She is passionate about building processes that help the office run smoothly while keeping patients at the center of every decision. Adriana believes strongly in Arizona Family Health’s vision of treating patients like family, not numbers, and she works each day to support a welcoming, organized, and patient-focused environment.

Outside of work, Adriana is a proud mother of four and enjoys staying active through rollerblading, working out, and living a healthy lifestyle. Her personal and professional commitment to health and wellness reflects the care and dedication she brings to the AFH team.

Alexis is a valued member of the Arizona Family Health team and a familiar face to many of Dr. Morris’ patients. She has worked closely with patients throughout Dr. Morris’ previous practices, providing care, support, and a welcoming presence every step of the way.

Her healthcare journey began as a medical assistant while attending nursing school, driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact in patient care. Over time, Alexis discovered a deep passion for building personal connections, getting to know patients by name, and helping families feel comfortable and supported during their visits.

In addition to her clinical work, Alexis also helps behind the scenes with patient communication, coordination, and follow-up to help each visit run smoothly. Her attention to detail, compassion, and warm approach help patients feel informed, heard, and cared for.

Alexis is proud to continue working alongside Dr. Morris as she grows in her healthcare career and considers it a privilege to be part of each patient’s care experience at Arizona Family Health.

Katie is a valued member of the Arizona Family Health team and one of the first friendly voices patients may hear when calling our office. Originally from Idaho, Katie moved to Arizona in 2019 and brings years of experience in the medical field, including a background in home healthcare.

Her personal experiences with family healthcare have shaped her commitment to transparency, compassion, and truly listening to patients. Katie believes in treating every individual with respect and care, no matter their age or stage of life.

At Arizona Family Health, Katie helps with scheduling, confirming and canceling appointments, patient communication, and insurance-related questions. Her nurturing personality and calm, helpful approach support a positive experience for patients from the very first interaction.
