Family Medicine at Arizona Family Health

Dr. Christopher Morris is a board-certified family physician and the lead physician at Arizona Family Health. As an Arizona native, Dr. Morris brings a unique background of service to his patients, including experience as a U.S. Army combat medic and a former Phoenix police officer and detective before pursuing medicine.

He completed medical school at A.T. Still University in Mesa, and his family medicine residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. At Arizona Family Health, Dr. Morris specializes in personalized family medicine, sports medicine, and primary care services for patients of all ages, focusing on building relationships and delivering tailored care.

Known for his direct and compassionate approach, Dr. Morris strives to make healthcare feel more accessible, practical, and personal. He believes that patients should feel heard, respected, and treated like family rather than just a number.

Outside of work, Dr. Morris enjoys spending time with his family and maintaining strong connections to the Arizona community he has served in various ways throughout his life.

Krysten Begley is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner who brings over 10 years of nursing experience and 8 years as a nurse practitioner to Arizona Family Health. With a strong background in personalized family medicine and chronic disease management, she has cared for patients at various stages of health and life.

Krysten’s approach to care is compassionate, patient-centered, and rooted in listening. She believes that quality healthcare starts with understanding each patient’s concerns, building trust, and collaborating on care plans that feel realistic and supportive.

Passionate about ensuring her patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healthcare journey, Krysten is thrilled to join the Arizona Family Health team. She looks forward to providing exceptional primary care services to patients and families in the West Valley.

Krysten will begin seeing patients on August 3rd.

Adriana Allen is a seasoned healthcare professional with 19 years of experience in the medical field. As the Director of Operations at Arizona Family Health, Adriana brings extensive knowledge in managing medical practices, supporting providers, and helping create efficient systems that enhance both staff workflow and patient care.

She is passionate about building processes that ensure the office runs smoothly while keeping patients at the center of every decision, aligning with the personalized family medicine approach that Arizona Family Health espouses. Adriana believes strongly in the organization's vision of treating patients like family, not numbers, and she works each day to foster a welcoming, organized, and patient-focused environment through their primary care services.

Outside of work, Adriana is a proud mother of four who enjoys staying active through rollerblading, working out, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Her personal and professional commitment to health and wellness reflects the care and dedication she brings to the Arizona Family Health team.

Genevieve Sanchez is a dedicated member of the Arizona Family Health team, serving as our Chronic Care Management Coordinator. In this role, she assists patients with their needs, supports follow-up communication, and works behind the scenes to ensure our personalized family medicine approach runs smoothly and efficiently.

Passionate about providing excellent support and creating a positive experience for those she serves, Genevieve is known for her strong work ethic and commitment to helping others. She takes pride in making a difference every day within our primary care services.

Outside of work, Genevieve enjoys boxing to stay active and focused. She is also a proud owner of an English Mastiff and cherishes the time spent with him.

Alexis is a valued member of the Arizona Family Health team and a familiar face to many of Dr. Morris’ patients. She has worked closely with patients throughout Dr. Morris’ previous practices, providing personalized family medicine by offering care, support, and a welcoming presence every step of the way.

Her healthcare journey began as a medical assistant while attending nursing school, driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact in patient care. Over time, Alexis discovered a deep passion for building personal connections, getting to know patients by name, and helping families feel comfortable and supported during their visits to Arizona Family Health.

In addition to her clinical work, Alexis also helps behind the scenes with patient communication, coordination, and follow-up to ensure that each visit to our primary care services runs smoothly. Her attention to detail, compassion, and warm approach help patients feel informed, heard, and cared for.

Alexis is proud to continue working alongside Dr. Morris as she grows in her healthcare career and considers it a privilege to be part of each patient’s care experience at Arizona Family Health.

Katie is a valued member of the Arizona Family Health team and one of the first friendly voices patients may hear when calling our office for personalized family medicine. Originally from Idaho, Katie moved to Arizona in 2019 and brings years of experience in the medical field, including a background in home healthcare.

Her personal experiences with family healthcare have shaped her commitment to transparency, compassion, and truly listening to patients. Katie believes in treating every individual with respect and care, no matter their age or stage of life.

At Arizona Family Health, Katie assists with scheduling, confirming and canceling appointments, patient communication, and addressing questions related to primary care services and insurance. Her nurturing personality and calm, helpful approach create a positive experience for patients from the very first interaction.
